Whitefield Foundation – EQUIP Nigeria Youth and Women Empowerment Program 2021 Begins Training

Whitefield Foundation – we will be sharing the latest update on the Equip program. You can recall, that Whitefield opened its Equip 2021 program application sometime last year, to train 60,000 women and youth all over Nigeria who are aged between 18 and 45 years, literate, and computer savvy. In a statement, the foundation said that over 1000 participants will receive financial grant support and a certificate after training.

The equip program application came to an end on the 31st of December 2021 and saw more than 60,000 applications received via its portal www.whitefieldfoundation.ng . In the latest news on equip program, the management has said training of applicants will commence on the 3rd of January 2022. Applicants will be required to login to their dashboard and start training.

GRANT CATEGORIES

GOLD Category – 200,000 each
SILVER Category – 100,000 each
BRONZE CATEGORY – 25,000 each.

In Total, 1,000 participants will receive financial grant support.

When Is ‘EQUIP’ Starting?

Registration for EQUIP starts on Thursday November 18, 2021.
Online training will commence as soon as 60,000 qualified participants are selected.

EQUIP Nigeria Youth and Women Empowerment Program 2021 Process

This training is in Four (3) stages.
The First Stage will be 100% online and will last for Two -Three (2-3) weeks.
The Second Stage (also virtual) will be interactive practical sessions that will last for Two (2)Weeks.
The Third Stage will be an Intensive Bootcamp for top performers.
The Last stage is business pitching for grant award.
Participants are allowed a maximum period of 5 weeks to attempt and finish all the training.
Completing the First stage earns you a certificate.
Successfully completing the first two stages offers you the opportunity to compete to win grants.
