Job Title: Compliance Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies
  • You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.
  • The goal is to preserve the company’s integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful and ethical course.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
  • Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  • Draft, modify and implement company policies
  • Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
  • Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate

Requirements

  • B.Sc / B.A in Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Certified compliance professional is a plus
  • Proven experience as compliance manager
  • Experience in Asset Management, Private Equity, Banking is a must.
  • Must be SEC Sponsored
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in management/ senior executive position in compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping
  • A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
  • An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations

Job Title: Sales Executive / Director – Industrial / Commercial & Residential Properties

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong,long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Lagos

Essential/Primary Responsibilities
Executive Support:

  • Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
  • Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO with Board members and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed.
  • Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with donors and prospects.
  • Supports CEO in his external commitments, including service on external boards, committees and other groups.

HR Support:

  • Administratively supports HR Manager as directed.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with social sciences background and an interest in national and global issues.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in providing support for upper-level management in a related organization.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors.
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.

Job Title: Executive Driver / PA

Location: Lagos

Summary

  • Safely and timely drive the CEO to work and back, and to occasions.
  • Safely drive the CEO’s relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized.
  • Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its inside and outside parts.
  • Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.
  • Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary.
  • Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take.
  • Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the CEO’s car(s).
  • Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
  • Carry out some modest office undertakings like organizing records, and cleaning the employer’s office and desk.
  • Carry out other assignments that may be given by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Work Experience: minimum of 2 years as an Executive Driver
  • Other Requirements: must be willing to relocate to an apartment in the CEO’s residence, must have a valid driver’s licence, good communication skills, clean driving record, discretion and trustworthiness, flexibility and adaptability, organisational skills and ability to multitask.

 

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Lagos

Job brief

  • We are looking for a professional Security Guard to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.
  • The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.

Responsibilities

  • Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
  • Act lawfully in direct defence of life or property
  • Apprehend criminals and evict violators
  • Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
  • Report in detail any suspicious incidents
  • Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
  • Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
  • Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
  • Trained security officer with diploma is an advantage

Job Summary

  • A Company secretary is required to provide guidance to company directors about how the organisations should be directed, managed or controlled.

Responsibilities

  • Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGMs)/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence and so on)
