Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
- Auditing and analysing financial performance
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis
- Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
- Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
- Keeping account books and systems up to date.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Computing taxes.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Preparing accounts and tax returns
- Monitoring spending and budgets
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting. Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
- Must be a Chartered Accountant.
- Post qualification experience in Financial Accounting
- Sound independent judgment
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Good knowledge of Accounting and Microsoft office packages
- Must have a good knowledge of IFRS
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Salary: 300,000 – 350,000
Job Title: Freight Manager
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Daily logistics progress monitoring and internal cost control
- Application for logistics documents and certificates;
- Report shipment deliveries schedule
- Prepare and submit activity report
- Comprehensive management and strategic planning in carrying out all related logistics activities in accordance with company business needs.
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
- Develop weekly reports and send to supervisor.
- Manage the agents and maintain the relationship between the shipping company and the port;
- Supervise subordinates’ work progress and work report.
- Follow up the supply/distribution of modern trade channel
- Plan, arrange and execute product delivery plan
- Manage company fleets of trucks for delivery actions
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Freight/Logistics personnel
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
Salary: 150,000 – 200,000
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At minimum three years of experience in Administrative and IT Operations/Management.
- 3 – 5 years working experience.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures.
- Well-organized, with ability to track multiple activities and deadlines
- Fluency in written and oral English is required.
- Ability to implement and manage tasks proactively without waiting for instructions.
- Working Knowledge of MS Office Packages
Salary: 80,000 – 120,000
Job Title: HR Consultant
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects for clients
- Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
- Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
- Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel for clients
- Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
- Assist in the development and integration of policies
- Select and implement suitable HR technology
- Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
- Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues
- Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas
- Keep abreast with new trends and advancements in the human resources filed
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.A in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; M.Sc / MA in Human Resources will be a plus
- About 5 years working experience.
- Proven experience as HR Consultant.
- Experience in project management preferably HR related
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
- Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)
- Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- A team player.
Salary: 150,000 – 200,000
