Job Role / Objectives
- We are recruiting a young and dynamic Land Surveyor who would work in a project team to assist in surveys and investigations of land surfaces to aid the design and supervision of construction projects.
Position Overview / Responsibilities
- Assist in carrying out surveys and investigations of land surfaces.
- Assist in carrying out accurate measurements of the ground as required, including aspects such as small and large-scale distances, angles and elevations.
- Assist in the preparation of survey maps, plans, and exhibits.
- Assist in providing surveying expertise to special surveying problems.
- Work with Civil and design engineers to determine pertinent information required for project plans.
- Assist to gather data on the earth’s physical and man-made features through surveys
- Make use of geographical information systems (GIS) to analyze and interpret site features.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) and other IT software to interpret data and present information.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A First Degree from a recognized University in Land Surveying or related discipline.
- 1-3 years relevant experience.

Job Objectives
- We are recruiting a young and dynamic Civil Engineer who would work in a project team and be responsible for providing assistance in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance projects.
Position Overview / Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in day-to-day field supervision at the site. Ensure all construction is being performed to quality standards in compliance with design specifications, drawings, budget and schedule.
- Assist in planning and designing construction and maintenance projects.
- Assist in recommending measures to enhance improvement or efficiency opportunities that may arise.
- Identify risk and opportunity in all aspects of construction management, and implement mitigation measures where risks are appreciable.
- Provide assistance in the assessment of environmental impact and risks connected to projects.

Job Role / Objectives
- We are recruiting an experienced Architect who will be responsible for designing roads, new buildings, extensions or alterations to existing buildings.
- Will also be responsible for the design/drafting activities including preparing/updating civil drawings for projects, following guidelines and procedures laid down for CAD data management.
Responsibilities
- Designing/modifying blueprints for projects;
- Creating and developing architectural designs both by hand and by using computer-aided design (CAD) applications;
- Examine drawings in collaboration with the Civil Engineers, producing practical, safe and build-able road and drainage drawings in AutoCAD;
- Review blueprints, plans, specifications and other customer documentation as requested;
- Resolve design problems and issues that may arise during construction;
- Serve as an information source on planning and design of civil structures.
- Supervise the preparation of dimensional drawings, civil drawings and more complex drawings (civil engineering).
- Manage work processes to gather and analyze construction-specific measurement data;
- Identify construction-specific opportunities for improvement;
- Report measures and improvement plan status to the Design Units Team Lead;
- Assists in the preparation of tender documents for contracts;
- Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications;
Requirements
- A First Degree and Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized University.
- Professional membership of any internationally recognized architectural body.
- 5-7 years’ experience in project execution and coordination.
- Excellent time management skills in order to handle competing deadlines.
- A high level of autonomy and self-efficiency with attention to detail.
- The ability to lead a team
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work with design engineers, clients and contractors.
