Job Summary
- Responsible for growing the company’s business portfolio.
- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
- Establish and grow business relationships with strategic partners.
- Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan
- Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives.
- Oversee employee activities, providing suitable resources when required.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND from a recognized Higher Institution
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role, in similar industry (financial services – Bank preferred).
- Strong business development skills, and can lead and direct a team to achieve results.
- A go-getter, with sound decision making capability
- Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development.
- Proven experience in business and strategy development.
- Must possess strong business acumen
